We are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join our Reynolds Academy Programme and complete a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business to Business Sales whilst developing and growing your professional sales career as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will support the Channel Managers to focus on the retention and growth of an existing account portfolio. The right candidate will be supported throughout the programme with the development of their professional and academic skills through hands-on practical experience and benefit from coaching and mentoring by experienced Senior Managers. This will help to fulfill key elements of the B2B sales degree and enhancement of your early career as a sales professional. You will spend time visiting customer’s building relationships and negotiating and driving new products. You will need to be commercially aware, dynamic, results driven, hungry to succeed and be able to offer the highest levels of customer service.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the retail or foodservice sectors with some field sales experience, although you could also be an ambitious, motivated individual with experience in other sectors. You must be passionate about food and the foodservice industry, with a bright and eager personality and an ambition to grow your career in national accounts.You also will need to have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths plus an A level (s), grade C and above (or equivalent).
