Head of Pricing - Retail
Your new company
This is a superb opportunity with a market leading retailer who sell an ever expanding portfolio of well-known brands. They are a vibrant and thriving business who are extremely innovative in the way they meet the growing demands of their customers. Forming a crucial part of their plans to continue this growth curve, they are looking to recruit a Head of Pricing.
Your new role
You'll develop a pricing strategy that delivers business growth by liaising with stakeholders. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with the buyers and make decisions on pricing and promotions. You'll ensure a promotional strategy is implemented across the business and will assess customer and category price performance. You will collate customer responses to pricing and convert this to data, you will then use this data to define issues and make recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will need to have Pricing experience at a senior strategic level in a commercial environment. Whilst retail would be a strong preference, we will consider other backgrounds such as travel, gaming or wholesale / distribution. Either way, you will have experience of managing large data sets and be an expert in market, customer and financial trends. You will have extensive knowledge around influencing your peers who are involved in the commercial process and you'll be confident, have the ability to build relationships and have strong project management skills.
What you'll get in return
