Data Analytics Manager - Insight Consultancy

Our client is an innovative retail insight consultancy based in central London who are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their talented team. They deliver both bespoke and syndicated shopper research insights and actions to support the growth and development strategies of their clients, which include an enviable list of globally recognised FMCG and retail brands, such as the Co-op, Coke, Unilever, PepsiCo, Mondelez, among others.

This newly created role is based within their Research and Innovation team. In the role you will be tasked with turning raw data into easily digestible data to help turn insights into actions. You'll also be identifying and communicating insight opportunities through pro-active data analysis and producing excel data tables and working with large data sets. They are looking for people who are both numerate and engaging, so no backroom analyst types...they want sparky candidates as they have a real buzzy office environment.

In order to be successful in this role you will be data literate, with strong Excel skills, and ideally have experience with other statistical packages such as SPSS, although they are open to training people up on this. There is excellent training on offer and the chosen candidate will also be on a fast-track promotion scheme so it's a great chance to work your way up the ladder quickly at a company that really values its employees.
