This Regional Sales Manager role demands many skills other than just cooking good food. This position has you handling the needs and requests of heavy equipment dealers and end-user foodservice customers all over the North of England. From Shrewsbury, North Wales and Staffordshire, to South Lancashire, West Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire you will manage the region like your own business. If you enjoy being out on the road and not stuck in an office it's perfect.

It demands strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to understand the specific needs of the individual customer. Planning your schedule, managing visits, routes and following up on leads for new sales demands a lot... but you'll be driven and motivated to surpass all expectations if you have that competitive streak and personal pride to keep this business on top of the tree.
