Field Sales Manager – London Prestige (Premium Spirits)

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual has arisen within a large international spirits business. The business has a fantastic portfolio of premium brands including an award winning range of luxury whiskies and a number of other products including premium rums and gins. They have incredibly strong presence in a number of the UK’s most prestigious customers and have recently been experiencing impressive growth. They are now looking for a talented Field Sales Manager to lead their London Prestige team and continue to develop their visibility in high-end On Trade and Retail accounts.

As Field Sales Manager your primary task will to manage and develop an 8 strong team of Prestige focused account managers. You will be responsible for implementing the London strategy in line with the businesses’ overall vision and driving the team to deliver on their key KPIs. There will likely be some direct P&L responsibility for the channels most important customers and you will work very closely with the relevant RTM partners. This is a very high profile role that will offer great opportunities for future progression within the company.

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience dealing within the London Prestige sector. Ideally you will come from a premium spirits or alcohol background but standout individuals from other product categories will also be considered. As this is a leadership role it is also a pre-requisite that you have man-management experience. This role would suit a confident and ambitious individual who is hungry to develop their career within a premium product category. You will also need to be a real team player
