My client is looking to appoint a highly dynamic Head of Product Marketing for EMEA to play a key role in their growth strategy. You will be responsible for shaping robust strategy for product portfolio management to enable sustainable business growth.  You will have close interactions with all markets across the region, and will be providing key inputs for global NPD development. 

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to play an instrumental role in building and developing EMEA Marketing as a Centre of Excellence for the region.

Responsibilities
-              Work with Product Managers to drive product strategy, effectively manage current product portfolio and develop 3 year product plans for relevant categories, to enable sustainable growth
-              Develop and manage breakthrough innovation - from ideation to implementation phase
-              Work with relevant business leads across EMEA and local markets to develop comprehensive business strategies
-              Work together with communication marketing leads to develop marketing launch strategy
-              Work with Global R&D teams and other regional marketing teams to align product strategy across the Globe
-              Work together with global project management and engineering teams to ensure launches are delivered on time, on cost and fulfil the requirements of the market in EMEA
-              Work with research and category to collect required market intelligence data and run relevant category and product research projects
-              Present category strategies to pan EMEA Sales and Marketing teams
-              Manage and develop the team of three direct reports
-              Manage Marketing budgets
 
Skills and experience
-              Successful candidate will have a strong track record of product marketing experience including people management experience
-              Strong commercial brand & product development experience from consumer goods / FMCG industry
-              Experience of NPD from ideation to launch
-              Experience of NPD management via gate-stage process.
-              Organisational, project management & planning skills.
-              Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence across all levels
