Role: Sales Director
Salary: C. £70,000 + Bonus + Equity
My client is a nationally renowned craft beer company who have undergone significant growth in the last 3 years. They currently have listings nationally in the Grocers and a strong On-Trade presence in London and are looking to grow their export channel and wholesale operation.
The role of Sales Director will form part of the senior leadership team and will be ultimately responsible for the success of the brands across the On and Off-Trade. The position will work closely with the Marketing Director and Owner to produce clear and concise strategies for volume growth in the company. You will have full responsibility for leading the sales team to hit the ambitious company plans to triple in size over the next 3 years.
Developing sales forecasts and monthly projections will be part of this role as well as reviewing target accounts and ensuring brands are performing to expectations. As Sales Director for a leading independent craft brewer you will be committed to finding new and innovative ways to grow the brand and continually improve.
To be successful with this application you will have worked in a senior sales position previously and have an in depth knowledge of the craft beer industry. You will have had direct management of numerous employees and been successful in launching new products into a variety of different channels. Experience in export would be beneficial however proof of delivering sales in the Off-Trade is more important.
