RAD Europe Ltd – Office Based Sales Development Manager

Salary: Circa £25k p.a. basic. OTE £36k plus uncapped commission.

Hours: Full Time, permanent, 9am – 5.30pm, Mon-Fri. 30 mins lunch break. (40 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

About us: A fantastic opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic fast-growing giftware distribution company based in Swansea, South Wales.

We sell a wide range of giftware and smoking accessories into several markets including wholesalers and distributors, multi- retailer and sole traders throughout UK and Europe.

The role: Primarily to deliver new national and international sales within our specialist field by contacting prospects that you will find from data bases, visiting trade shows and general internet research.

Business to business sales experience over the telephone is essential as is a proven track record of delivering profitable sales and achieving targets. You will be contacting customers by telephone so must be able to demonstrate a good sales technique and have a thorough understanding of sales order processing with good organizational and IT skills.

What we are looking for:

• B2B telesales experience
• Proven Sales track record
• Good telephone and IT skills
• Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 Accounts Package (useful but not essential).
