Main Tasks

We are looking for a genuine team player, who can embrace the responsibility for generating business opportunities and sell with confidence, as well as work collaboratively with multiple functions. Building a collaborative relationship with the customer will underpin the success of the role to ensure the long-lasting partnership flourishes under your management. The role will include the following focus areas:
  • Management of the day-to-day relationship with a key wholesaler account for our Personal care and Tissue brands & Private label
  • Preparing sales plans
  • Implement a promotional programme
  • Identifying and optimising growth opportunities, as well as managing P&L.

Key Competencies
  • Proven experience within the FMCG market
  • Proven experience of managing FMCG national accounts with the Top Grocery retailers or Wholesalers
  • Capability to analyse sales data sets, and insight data
  • Commercial awareness / experience of managing financial budgets
  • Customer focused to ensure development of strong business relationships
  • Demonstrates ownership of delivering on agreements
  • Ability to prepare and present business plans
  • Experience of managing financial budgets
  • Communicates with passion and focus on deliverables
  • Degree level (or equivalent knowledge through experience)
  • Full driving licence

Additional Information

In this role you will be working an average of 2/3 days a week from our offices in Manchester, as well as regular travel to the customer locations in the South East of England.
