Better Placed are retained to recruit a Head of Sales for Cloud Nine, who have experienced significant growth over recent years, and have no plans to slow down.
Due to their ambitious growth plans, an experienced Head of Sales is needed to not only help define and contribute to their ever evolving strategy, but also to manage a high performing sales team across multiple channels.
Reporting directly to the Chief Strategic Officer, this rare position will allow you to develop an overarching and succinct channel strategy, covering retail, .com, digital, distributors and salons.
The business is very much looking to scale up, so will require someone who is both ambitious and motivated by the prospect of developing and implementing their own structures and ways of working, in tandem with driving capability across the omni-channel sales' teams.
To be Successful
To be considered for this role, you will have to demonstrate a track record of high performance within branded FMCG or Consumer Durables and have the competency and experience to drive this exciting business forward. You will have a good understanding of all channels, including ecommerce, retail (both on and offline) national accounts and small independents. Some exposure to distributors would be useful but not essential.
