Reporting in to the National Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out training across all levels of field sales, training and development nationally.
Duties will include:
- Implement and deliver the sales training strategy
- Recruitment, development and retention of staff
- Work closely with the National Sales Training Manager to guarantee development and delivery of training programs in line with the sales training agenda
- Deliver expert support and mentoring to the Field Sales Team
- Motivating, inspiring and leading
We need candidates who have experience in sales training, development, people management and leadership - this is essential.
You must have visionary leadership and strategic management skills.
Extensive expertise of training and development strategies, tools and trends.
Presentation and analytical skills.
Open to national travel.
Full clean driving license.
