We source the best potatoes, slice and cook them in small batches, and season them with the best flavours around, often sourced from local partners. As well as our best loved favourites such as Seasalt and Cheese & Onion, we make great crisps with unique flavours like Firecracker Lobster, Guinness®, and Coconut Curry, working alongside our brands partners Guinness®, Levi Roots and Hobgoblin. Never ones to rest on our laurels we now want to make an increased impact on London – and that’s where you come in as a Burts Pioneer.

We like to keep things simple – so we want an activity driven, authentic individual with real drive and ambition looking to prove themselves in their first field based sales and marketing role. Probably a graduate, either fresh from university or with up to 12 months work/commercial experience under your belt, you will be looking to join a business like ours - brand and value driven, and in a sustained period of growth. We’re incredibly proud of our heritage, our methods and ultimately our chips, and we want you to be to.

The role is still new to us at Burts (we actually call it a Pioneer), but well thought through and supported in activity and expectation. Its all about proactively seeding the Burts brands in quality outlets in London – whether that’s top end retail stores, deli’s/cafes, food outlets and pubs, hotels, golf clubs, theatres ; in fact there is no limit of where you can go and who you can potentially work with. In many cases you will uncover the opportunity yourself, through your own “pioneering” and working in conjunction with designated wholesalers and cash and carry partners to support distribution. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will be confident about introducing Burts to London and evangelising the brands with customers. Not an out and out “selling job”, the role is sales driven with a strong marketing and relationship development element. Brimming with energy and drive, you’re going to be passionate about food and brands and be keen to use that energy in conjunction with your personality and organisational skills to create new customer relationships and develop London as a whole.
