THE ROLE: As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of Sales Executives. As well as taking a lead with strategic and operations decisions, you will also be expected to lead from the front and demonstrate best practice with customers. The team you will manage is focused on selling into the HORECA sector.
THE PERSON: Although our client is ideally looking for a high performing people manager with experience in the HORECA sector, they will also consider successful sales managers from other related industries. Managing a team with mixed levels of experience, you will need the ability to adapt your style on a case by case basis.

THE PACKAGE FOR FIELD SALES MANAGER:
- Basic: £35,000 - £40,000

LOCATION: The position of Field Sales Manager covers West Scotland. Candidates need to have access to good road links to cover this region
