National Account Manager - Amazon
A global branded FMCG business in the South East is looking for a National Account Manager to join their entrepreneurial and forward thinking team to manage the Amazon and Ocado accounts. Following a merger three years ago the business now has a very strong and extensive portfolio of brands and is looking for an experienced professional to drive the growth of these brands in the Online channel within this exciting category in this growth business.
We are looking for an experienced Online Account Manager to be fully accountable for all aspects of Amazon and Ocado performance and manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with these strategic, fast-growing customers.
The NAM - Amazon will be required to build broad networks and deep relationships in the customer base to create wins for the business’ brands and categories over short and long-term. They will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to create tailored customer propositions and execute perfectly the global ecommerce strategy. They will be responsible for the pricing, promotion, negotiation and account planning for both customers as well as delivery of customer AOP; encompassing agreed volume, NSV, GP & GP%NSV measures.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a good understanding of Amazon’s operations and a passion for developing core brand and NPD growth with e-retailers. You will have some commercial grounding gained as an NAE or Junior NAM and are now be ready to take up the challenge of leading your own customers. This is a growth business and there is every opportunity to develop your Ecommerce career cross-functionally and across borders once you have proven your performance and potential in this role.
