Pivotal role managing a diverse regional sales team selling to a client base of manufacturers within the food, beverage & pharmaceutical market. Global organisation. Market leader.

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for an external sales team of 6 people, across a North West region. The team have varying roles, in terms of product portfolio and mix of new business development and account management. You will lead, motivate, coach and develop a group of professionals at different stages of their career - and be targeted on revenue and margin.



THE PERSON: We are looking for either……

    • A high calibre sales manager, with a proven track record in delivering results within the FMCG or Industrial Process. Or…….
    • A senior level sales person in the packaging industry, who is ready to progress to management role. A National Account Manager or Senior BDM may see this as the next step.



A pre-requisite is excellent relationship building skills, a "hands-on" approach, flexibility, and a balance of focus between sales targets and customer service levels.

THE PACKAGE FOR FIELD SALES MANAGER:
      • £50,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
      • 25% annual bonus
