The Role: Representing a market leading distributor within the packaging industry, the new Field Sales Manager will be tasked with prospecting new business across the Southern Home Counties. Managing inbound leads and lapsed accounts, you will target manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce businesses, dealing with procurement and warehouse managers. Attending 4 meetings per day, you will typically work with 3-6 week lead times.

They manufacture and distribute nearly 4,000 SKUs with a portfolio that includes packaging, machinery, office supplies and warehouse equipment.

Their top performer earned £20K in just 6 months, they estimate the successful candidate will earn this in their first year. Staff facilities on site include a gym, break rooms and free fruit, they can offer employees a lucrative commission structure and progression into various roles.

For this Field Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Business to business background
  • Field sales experience
  • Full UK Driving License
