As the successful Global Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for the 4P execution of the brand by assisting and enabling the different markets to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the brand. You will be the ‘voice’ of the countries, which means you will be responsible for the transmitting of their needs back into the global function whilst delivering on the globally aligned plan. You will own the development of a sales trade plan aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
This is a highly complex category and this role is incredibly fast paced, with high exposure to senior stakeholders in the company and gives the successful candidate an opportunity to really make a tangible difference in the organisation very quickly.
The ideal fit
- Operated successfully within Trade Marketing either in the UK market or a global function or category management/analytical experience.
- Have a relentless and resilient mindset.
- Ability to positively influence decision makers.
- Recognised as a leader by customers, team members and internal business partners.
- Be degree educated or equivalent.
