Channel Marketing Manager
Based West London
£65,000
Looking for a strategic channel marketing manager who is processed and structured in their thinking. Comfortable to lead and manage a team to develop growth plans for the business.
You will be heavily involved in owning and leading the promotional marketing agenda from a marketing perspective and how it is marketed across our range of channels which include Print, Digital, Customer, Depot, PR and Comms. You will take full ownership of the Marketing calendars for Retail and Foodservice, strategizing with their teams of on how to execute key promotional activities each month across each marketing channel, ensuring an integrated approach for maximum impact. In addition, you will also be responsible for the messaging and communication to retail and foodservice customers throughout the year.
This is an exciting and dynamic role and will require a key mixture of both creative and strategic skills, strong people management skills (as you’ll have a team of 4 direct reports). A true understanding of the customer will be essential.
To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous experience gained in mid to senior marketing level roles with preference for those who have operated in FMCG businesses, with the ability think creatively, but tempered with a strategic approach. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills with experience of successfully working with and influencing key stakeholders whilst maintaining excellent working relationships across all levels. With an excellent eye for detail, you will be able to work under pressure as well as your own initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
