Senior NAM –Chilled Foods

Do you want to be instrumental in shaping a significant growth category within the discount retail channel?

Are you able to combine a deep passion & understanding for NPD & Innovation, with the role & responsibilities of a Senior National Account Manager?

DR Newitt is currently working with a well-respected chilled food manufacturer on an exciting role for a Discount Retailer Senior NAM who will have responsibility for growing a key product category.

We are looking for candidates with experience in chilled categories, who can consistently display a proven ability in developing own label business in a fast paced environment. You will take responsibility for executing the sales strategy to deliver expected volume, sales and margin results.

This is what is expected of you in this SNAM role:

Responsible for ensuring year on year growth and developing & continuously improving effective partnerships with customers.

Grow sales, profitability and customer market share through sustainable initiatives.

Align business plans with the customer category teams in order to drive and optimise sales & margin for the company within agreed budget and strategic guidelines.

Own the customer satisfaction & commercial performance KPIs.

Take responsibility for the day to day requirements of the customer and managing the day to day account issues.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must have experience in working with chilled food categories. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate a proven ability in developing branded and own label business in a fast paced environment.

You must be; Self Motivated, Highly Numerate, Results Driven, a Communicator, an Influencer, a Negotiator, a Project Manager, Energetic and Personable.
