The Organisation
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a highly-regarded FMCG business with household brands in the portfolio. The role has come about due to growth within the business.
The Role
This position will focus on end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery of products to the customers. Resolving any problems that arises/
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ownership of end-to-end placement process.
- 3PL managing for accuracy of delivery.
- Working with the sales team to meet customer requirements.
- Reporting performance against SLAs & KPIs.
The Person
- Customer service experience in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Takes pride in their work with great attention to detail - even in administrative work.
- 2nd language advantageous but not essential.
