Field Marketing / Sales Rep | £20k - £25k | Progression

They have a great reputation for quality, offering simple, natural products. They supply local independent businesses as well as the likes of Waitrose. They source their ingredients as locally as possible and have a dedicated manufacturing site. They are passionate about their products and service.
About the Role:
You will use your experience to develop relationships with new and existing accounts throughout the South West. You will help drive sales for the business and help them deliver on their ambitious growth plans. You will be comfortable calling in on local Waitrose stores to help their store and department managers achieve results in the category by ensuring planogram compliance, shelf space and availability is maximised. You will be able to travel around the area to visit customers and drive sales and new business.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have experience in a similar role with FMCG / Food within field marketing / sales. You will be hungry and driven to progress your career. You will understand the levers to drive sales in the retail environment, such as availability / merchandising etc. A good rapport builder, you will be capable of working into independent stores and opening new business or driving further sales with existing clients. You will be passionate about food and quality products. Experience in a field marketing agency would be considered an asset.
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you will need to be a driven and passionate person who can deliver sales and new business. You will be a strong rapport builder and possess a driving license. You will be based in the South West within striking distance of Bristol, Bournemouth, Taunton, Exeter etc. You will understand merchandising and how product placement and availability are key for delivering increased revenue.
