Role: National Account Manager – Impulse – Wine
Location: Home Based
Salary: C.£45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension
Our Client is one of the most highly thought of businesses in the wine industry who are currently leading the way by working with exceptional producers and showcasing exceptional quality throughout their range. They have a fantastic, ever growing portfolio of wines from all around the world and have won numerous industry awards in recent years. They operate with branded and own label products and have strong distribution in both the On and Off-Trade.
They are currently looking for a National Account Manager focusing on the Booker Group, Nisa and Bestway accounts to grow their branded sales and distribution. You will have full P+L responsibility for these accounts and also Dhamecha and Imperial. The role will involve creating joint business plans and providing strategic direction for the brands in the aforementioned accounts. Working closely with the Brand Manager to drive sales through the designated accounts to achieve overhead and budget goals will be a key focus of the position.
This role requires the candidate to have existing working relationships in the Impulse or Wholesale channel from a branded product background. Those with experience in the wine, beer or spirits industry may be at an advantage, however strong candidates from a branded food background would definitely be considered. Experience with Booker Groups is essential to progress.
