Customer Development Manager (National Account Executive) – Soft Drinks
£30,000 - £35,000 + Company Car / Allowance + Bonus
Field Based – Milton Keynes / East Midlands
An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the UK’s fastest growing soft drinks businesses. They have enjoyed fantastic success across both the Grocery and Foodservice channels this year with their flagship healthy juice brand. Innovation is a key part of their strategy and they already boast an impressive variety of ranges and flavours. They have great ambitions and plan to double the size of the business within 3 years. They are now looking for a talented Customer Development Manager to develop the Foodservice and Wholesale channel across Milton Keynes and the East Midlands.
As Customer Development Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- P&L accountability for a portfolio of Foodservice Wholesale and Cash & Carry groups with approximately £1.5m turnover
- Creation and implementation of JBPs for all top tier customers
- Managing and growing listings within other regional groups and end users
- Driving end user sales through the development of strong relationships with wholesale partners
- Development of an efficient contact strategy with Head Office and Regional Depots for all accounts
- Successfully sell in NPD and range changes across your customer base
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience managing customers from within the Foodservice or Cash & Carry channel. Ideally you will have dealt with Foodservice Wholesalers and End Users but those with general Out of Home / Wholesale channel experience are also encouraged to apply. It is important that you have worked in a branded FMCG environment and have the confidence to succeed in an autonomous business.
