The role as National Sales Manager will manage the UK & Ireland driving the Wholesale & DIY retail channels for our market leading client.

Our client are a global manufacturer & distributor of bathroom related products. They are an International manufacturer & innovator serving a range of markets worldwide, at a significant time of further growth for this position.
Description
The role as National Sales Manager will consist of the following responsibilities;
- Report into the EMEA Director
- Agree & achieve challenges business targets & objectives
- Manage the RSM's & team of agents within the UK
- Establish & maintain strong ongoing customer relationships
- Demonstrate strong experience through opening to closing of deals
- Confidently present, communicate & sell to an array of clients (focusing on the Wholesale, Retail & OEM market)
- Analyse key market intelligence, opportunities & consumer trends
- Proactively respond to new strategies in the team
Profile
The successful National Sales Manager will be;
- Experience within the Wholesale, Retail and/or OEM channel
- Knowledgeable within the Bathroom industry (UK Wholesale)
- National UK experience
- Strong people management skills
- Experience of managing a field team
- Strategic focus & excellent communicator both internally & externally
- UK based - UK travel required
