Fairtrade Foundation are recruiting for a Head of Supply Chain and Programmes to lead Fairtrade’s work in these areas in order to deliver on organisational strategy.

Fairtrade drives change through changing trade and in this role you will lead a team of managers responsible for delivery the organisational strategy through our work in key commodities and thematic strategies. 

You’ll need to be a very strong team leader and strategic thinker with experience supply chains, programmes and external relationship management. If you have experience of specifically working to address human rights issues in supply chains, that’s great, but it’s not essential.
