Package: £35,000 basic + £15,000 uncapped commission + car allowance

The Role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting new business and managing an existing client base. Selling practical science solutions that have been developed by teachers for teachers, you will target primary schools across the Home Counties, dealing with classroom and head teachers.

The Company: Our client is passionate about science and nurturing young talent, providing schools with the resources, lesson plans, assessments, support and staff training to carry out practical science every week. This cost effective solution has been developed to allow schools on tight budgets to still practice essential science, aiming to engage and inspire future graduates!

For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have field sales experience
  • Sold any product or service to education
  • Full UK Driving License
