Marketing Manager - Food

I am working with a food manufacturer who are at a very exciting stage of their business plan.  They have extra capacity to grow the business by 100% from a stable base.  I know them well and have recruited some key people into the business and the feedback on the company has been very good.

They are now looking to hire a marketing professional at manager level for the first time, They currently have a marketing exec who their may be opportunities to mentor and develop,

The role will take full responsibility for the marketing plan and budget and will make key decisions alongside the commercial director.  The director has a professional marketing background so will be available to mentor and develop you and can help with key decision making and strategy formulation.  We aren't looking for a rookie though so lots of responsibility will be available.

The company are developing their trade brand so experience in trade marketing would be very helpful.
I need someone who has created and owned a marketing plan and budget.

Salary wise negotiable around £45k + pension + bonus is on offer.

The role is based in the Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire area.
