Candidate Profile
Proven FMCG senior sales executive with first-hand experience of direct sales and increasing turnover with large UK retail operators and food manufacturers by promoting fresh produce. Capable of working autonomously and reporting to the board of the BGA. Full driving licence and resides within the M25 corridor. National travel and potentially overseas business trips will be required. Excellent written and personal presentation skills and full computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the use of BGA game by high street retailers (supermarkets) and food manufacturers for the retail sector
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new potential customers for the BGA and maintain long term and ongoing relationships
- Regular dialogue and day to day account management of existing BGA customers
- Tracking and reporting on consumption of BGA products from a pre-determined KPI scorecard
- Launching and supporting new products to market and providing support to new and existing customers
- Developing new markets

- Driving aggressive sales of BGA produce which will be measured on a YOY basis
- Achieving budgets and targets
- Customer retention and growth of sales with existing customers
- Meeting deadlines and timely and accurate reporting
