Recognised as a supplier of innovative, bespoke, food products our client are leaders in their category and currently embarking on a series of widespread changes in order to focus, reinvigorate and grow their foodservice business. Building on their success of last year the business has an ambitious growth agenda in terms of current distribution and new market entries. They now need to recruit a National Account Manager to focus on their major foodservice accounts. This person will be instrumental in building the platform for continued and future success in this area.

With a real focus on quality, this business plans to take full advantage of their successful dedication in foodservice and continue to introduce a number of exciting new product launches to the UK market. The role involves the management of major distributors along with various end user accounts. Managing full P&L you’ll be pivotal to their sustained growth and expansion of their strong product range. This role presents you with substantial opportunities.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in developing business in the foodservice arena, ideally with good exposure to retailer-brand and NPD (although not essential). Commercially astute with strong influencing skills, you will be a self starter with a hunger for developing business. Your commitment to the organisation will be rewarded with a long term and progressive career with an innovative market leader.
