About our Client
We are working with the one of the UK's largest importers of fruit and vegetables, supplying all major retailers, wholesalers and foodservice companies with a wide range of quality fresh products.

About the Role
This role is a Customer and Supplier facing Technical Manager role, reporting into the Technical Director. You will be responsible for a specific product category within the business, you will deal directly with customers and growers / suppliers on all technical matters to ensure all quality standards are met. This is a fantastic business that is growing and will be a great opportunity for developing your technical skills and knowledge further, there will be opportunity for foreign travel within the role.


The Ideal Candidate
For this role you will be currently working as a Technical Manager within a fresh produce business, and have experience with dealing with retailers. You will have excellent understanding of UK technical requirements and legislation with regards to BRC, HACCP, SEDEX etc, being Lead auditor qualified would be beneficial.

Minimum Requirements
For this opportunity you must have fresh produce experience and excellent technical experience within a FMCG business.
