My client is a global leader in the non-food consumer goods industry. Established in over 21 countries they are recognised for their diverse range of high quality products. In the UK you will see their products in retail stores as well as in more commercial settings. They have a reputation for quality and their brands tend to hold no1 or no2 status in the market. There is now an opportunity to  be a part of a new and growing e-tail team .

The Etail Merchandising Assistant will support the improvement of merchandising of all brands in the online portfolio with a key focus on Amazon. Key responsibilities will include:

• Regular monitoring of product listings and presentation across full range of e-tail customers in core markets
• Building a process for on-going regular updates and improvement of content
• Identify areas of improvement in Images & Text and other content
• Ensure product content is as complete as possible and highlight areas where content is not up to standard
• Ensure that products are displayed in all relevant categories & hierarchies
• Working with central marketing support teams to develop improved materials for existing and new products
• Working with regional country colleagues to ensure best material is used in the best way

In order to be considered, the successful candidate would have experience working with content and imagery within an online environment. Understanding of ecommerce is desired but not essential as this is a skill which can be taught. As this is a new role within a developing team, team work is essential and the ability to hit deadlines and multitask is key.
