Due to succession planning we have a great opportunity to lead a Top 3 account for some category leading brands. With an instantly recognisable portfolio of brands this is an attractive opportunity to join and be part of a growth orientated business. Our client is recognised as a career employer and this role would be a high profile appointment and the stepping stone to Channel Controller, Commercial Strategy or Grocery Customer Director roles!
In this role you would be fully accountable for a Top 3 Grocer; managing the relationship; driving forward the customers vision and plan across the cross functional team; full JBP and full P&L accountability. Building on a solid platform and relationship, they are now looking for a dynamic SBAM to play a pivotal role in achieving growth plans and to strategically develop the account further.
Whilst a major branded business, they are a fairly lean operation and need individuals that are category-focused and strong, leading cross-functional teams to ensure success. As a key destination category, this opportunity will allow you to develop and implement account strategies, develop robust customer relationships and build a significant profile within the customer!
Successful candidates will come with a track-record of success within FMCG account management in a branded environment and experience within the Top 4 Grocers would be a distinct advantage. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential. A genuine flair for building strategic customer relationships and multi-level networking are a must. In summary the role would give you significant exposure and profile within both the customer but also this leading food company recognised as a career employer.
