National Field Sales Manager – Home Based

You will lead a team of BDM’s within Regional On-Trade route to market customers and multiple retail groups – working with Sales and Field controllers coaching the team and developing customer plans – monthly P&L review and analysis of customers performance – deliver regular evaluation with the team within trade spend and execution plans to ensure targets are being met.

Were looking for someone who has experience managing a National Field Sales team, On-Trade experience ideal, a tenacious and entrepreneurial approach with strong capability in Excel and analysis of data.
