Role: Brand Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 plus discretionary package
A leading company in Own-Label and Branded Food Manufacturing are now looking to continue their expansion by improving the commercial side of the business with a new Brand Development Manager. The company culture prides itself in not only possessing a passion for their food products but also for their putting their employees first and allowing them to grow and thrive in what they do.
The successful candidate must have experience from an FMCG company working within the marketing/project management/NPD functions. Within these roles if you have experience in managing projects from conception to completion that would be preferable.
Key roles and responsibilities:
●Implementing all NPD projects from brief to delivery, across the whole branded portfolio.
●Effectively managing projects to meet launch dates.
●Overview project objectives from concept to execution and evaluation.
●Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of each project.
●Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective trade marketing plans to deliver branded sales and penetration growth.
What the ideal candidate will have experience in:
*Exposure to FMCG companies, ideally within Food Manufacturing.
*Experience in working within a Marketing/Project Management/NPD role.
*Ideally Degree educated.
