With the backing of a billion-pound organisation, this company has an excellent opportunity to drive turnover and market share. They have a committed, focused and ambitious workforce and they are looking to add a likeminded Regional Account Manager to their team.

THE ROLE: As a Regional Account Manager 50% of your time will be spent identifying mid-market sized customers and closing new business opportunities, the remaining 50% will be spent developing existing key accounts. Selling a range of chilled, ambient and frozen food, you will focus on selling to a broad range of accounts including; HORECA, leisure and public sector.

THE PERSON: Although our client is ideally looking for a high performing sales professional with experience in the foodservice sector, they will also consider strong business to business sales people from other related industries. Dealing with General Managers, Catering Managers and Chefs, you will need to have an adaptable personality and strong closing skills. A passion for food will be advantageous in this role.

LOCATION: The position of Regional Account Manager covers - Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall
