The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for a field based sales team tasked with driving sales, product penetration and margin throughout the region. You will implement local strategy plans for the region by leading, coaching, and developing the team optimising sales performance and results. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with the operational and customer service divisions ensuring high levels of service delivery are met.
