Senior National Account Manager (Top 4 Retail – Branded and Own Label)

Location – Flexible, M1 Site

Salary – up to £70,000 Basic, Car £8,500 Allowance or Comp Car, Pension, H/care, 20% Bonus

Our client is a growing International business with a UK Head office in the heart of England. Currently the second largest brand within their Grocery category, they are gearing up to dramatically grow both their branded and own label businesses by partnering with key Top Tier retailers. They have invested heavily in packaging innovation and developed a broader range of products that will challenge both the consumer and the competition within the category.

We have as part of this on-going project to improve and develop the broader business, been tasked with recruiting two new additions to the Commercial function.

These roles will be challenging and rewarding and will work closely with chosen Top 4 Retailers. Driving sales, raising brand awareness and out thinking and manoeuvring the competition. You will take ownership, champion and develop brands with key partnership accounts. Building strategic relationships for long term profitable growth as well as delivering key customer strategies and category plans.

You will currently be working in a similar role, within an FMCG / FOOD Branded and Own label manufacturer and possess a proven track record in the development of strategic and tactical sales activities within a Top Tier Grocer customer base.

Confident, driven, resilient and a tenacious team player. You will be a dynamic leader of customer cross functional development teams.  This will be combined with a thorough understanding of Category Marketing, brand and product innovation and a desire to be part of a winning and progressive team.
