This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading coffee businesses.  They grow and roast all of their own coffee sourced ethically from the world’s most renowned regions. The company produces a number of fantastic retail brands and also provides a full coffee solution including ingredients, equipment and on-going maintenance to the Out of Home channel. Their customer base ranges from the UK’s most instantly recognisable high-street restaurant brands and top grocery retailers to high-end fine dining establishments. Due to their growth they have created an exciting new role for a talented Brand Manager to join the marketing team.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Creating and driving brand strategies for 5 core coffee brands across retail and out of home channels
• Managing the day to day implementation of the brand marketing budget c. £700,000
• Working closely with internal category teams to monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Being the ‘brand guardian’ and ensuring that the tone of voice and message is consistent for both the customer and consumer
• Taking ownership of exciting brand launches and projects managing the process inception to completion
• Being the key point of contact for all external agencies including design and PR

This is an exciting opportunity perfect for a hungry Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager that is looking to increase their levels of ownership and autonomy in a fast growing business. As part of a rapidly expanding marketing team you will have the chance to get involved in a wide variety of different projects and initiatives really broadening your experience!

To be considered you need to have experience in brand management from within either the FMCG or Hospitality industry. Those with a solid understanding of the Out of Home channel will be at an advantage but coffee experience is not necessary!  You will be a creative yet strategic thinker who is eager to develop and progress their career.
