Are you a professional with strong Demand Planning expertise? Are you looking for a role that's a little different to the rest? Are you looking for autonomy, responsibility and the ability to influence senior stake holders? Well this just may well be the role for you!

My client a global medical business is looking for a Demand Planning Implementation Manager - this is a Greenfield project where you'll be working with the global teams to centralise the demand planning function and work on implementing best practise. This is a standalone role with some travel involved.

You responsibilities will include:
  • Compile and centralise a regional demand plan through analysis and statistical modelling
  • Work cross functionally with the global commercial teams to ensure the most efficient and accurate demand plan is forecasted
  • Provide training and support/create documentation where needed around the new demand planning processes to ensure a consistent approach
  • Create and present a consolidated demand plan for each vendor and all finished products (25,000 - 30,000 SKU's)
  • Ensure ongoing process improvement in demand planning processes
  • Shape the future S&OP process
  • Work on a system implementation/configuration from a demand planning perspective
  • Manage and deliver projects to time and budget

The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience
  • Proved demand planning experience from a complex manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisation ability
  • Project management experience
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong communicator
  • System implementation experience highly advantageous
  • Dynamic and agile
