Job Description:

Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for new product development projects. Managing 2 Product Development Engineers, the role is a mixture of hands-on design, people and project management and product testing. It requires both cooperating and working closely with factories in the supply chain, as well as assisting other departments within the business with technical queries. Taking overall responsibility for all engineering activities within the department including design, development, production and testing of new products and product improvements.

The Person:

Minimum 2:1 BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related subject, 10 years+ experience. You will be a highly technical, innovative and motivated engineer with a flair for practical problem solving and experience of managing a small team.
