The Vapouriz Group has been established since 2011 and is recognised as one of the leading vaping companies producing over 50 different flavours of e-liquids across numerous brands, all of which we manufacture in our UK plant using state-of-the-art machinery.  We are a dynamic business with huge growth plans and this newly created role will be joining the team at a key time to be part of an exciting future.


We are looking for a talented and seasoned account manager. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience selling into the convenience / wholesale / distribution sector, be well connected and have a passion for the e-cigarette industry.

The Manager will develop and manage relationships with key accounts and new businesses within their region selling our hardware and e-liquid brands. The role requires a proven self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in this ever-growing and fast-paced industry.

Responsible to: Head of Sales

Duties and Responsibilities

  • operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, selling product effectively over the phone and face-to-face
  • calling on established accounts and prospecting new traditional and non-traditional retailers
  • identify and grow opportunities within assigned area and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth sustainability
  • promote and communicate sales and marketing programs effectively to all accounts to increase sales
  • use sales technologies and software to identify, analyse and act upon leads, opportunities, sales funnels, customer data
  • maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with accounts and company management
  • work effectively within the company’s internal HQ departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • attend and participate in industry events as required


  • Maintain confidentiality in and outside the workplace, with particular regard to data on the computer systems
  • Promote and ensure the good reputation of Vapouriz and its individual divisions
  • Support the aims and ethos of the Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance
  • Undertake any other such relevant duties as may be required from time to time that may be reasonably asked of you and by your line manager
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures within the defined timescales

Candidate Requirements:


  • Proven track record and experience managing key accounts within the convenience, wholesale, distribution and/or vape shops industry
  • Track record of bringing in new business and managing on-going accounts
  • Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter with strategic plans to successfully accomplish and hit sales targets
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Passionate about the vaping industry
  • Self-starter than can work within a time limit

Hours and Leave

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5.30pm
  • 30 min lunch break (unpaid)
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory bank holiday days per year
