The Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for both new business and account management. Most of your time will be spent looking after existing business, influencing and upselling, attending 3 meetings per day across Hampshire with some element of merchandising. This field based role will see you dealing with managers and owners of independent retail stores, selling a range of branded and classic greeting cards and associated products.

The Company: Sitting top 3 in their market, established over 20 years ago our client has been a market leader for many years. Specialising in the design, manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of FMCG products such as greeting cards, toys, gifts, confectionery and apparel, they also hold license for a number of character brands.

For this Business Development Executive role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have some sales experience
  • Approachable, confident, rapport builder
  • Full driving licence

Benefits of this Business Development Executive role:
  • £23,000 basic salary, rising to £25,000 after probation
  • Plus £10,0000 commission paid quarterly
