As Senior Brand Activation Manager, your role will be to lead and develop the UK Activation Calendar and own the quality of execution for the total portfolio, across all channels (on and off trade), delivering the full BTL plan. You will ensure that all activity plans efficiently support the delivery of the UK commercial plan, building strong ROS and brand equity. Ultimately, you will deliver exceptional standards of activation, setting the standards globally for activation excellence.


To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter with 5+ years of marketing activation experience, and a strong understanding of premium brands in the market. You will have previous line management experience and will know how to use your creativity to motivate and lead a team to innovate. This role is very hands-on, so you will love getting stuck in when required. You are a natural relationship builder and can use insight to deliver a cohesive on and off trade annual activation plan.
