A truly dynamic and exciting London based premium food business is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their fast paced business. Being on a high growth trajectory they are looking for a high achiever to help them on their journey to increase awareness of this fantastic quality brand.
Leading a strong team of two, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding and identifying consumer needs and occasions, to develop deep insight and highly creative solutions and drive consumer preference and presence of the business’ brand.
This will be done by driving overall brand strategy and developing and managing the execution of the brand plans across the portfolio by setting the agenda, developing creative plans and managing seamless execution via the internal team and agency roster.
Experience of working for an FMCG business in a senior level brand marketing role is essential. This role requires a commercially grounded entrepreneurial thinker who can identify develop and implement the short term brand strategy and owns the 0–18 month P&L.
To do so, you will need to possess strong leadership, interpersonal relationship building and communication skills to ensure the effective management of the many varied internal cross functional contacts. This opportunity would be suit someone who is able to come up with fresh ideas which challenge the status quo and can galvanise people in the right way to bring these ideas to fruition.
The business is not a corporate environment and would best suit someone who is keen to move away from a corporate in to a more agile and entrepreneurial organisation. The successful candidate will need to be able to cope well with ambiguity and a high degree of change.
