Senior National Account Manager | Fresh Food / Food-to-go

About our Client:

Our client is an established provider of a variety of fresh, ready to eat food products. They have invested heavily to ensure their facilities are capable of offering a great range of quality products that are appealing to retailers and customers alike. They are a respected and trusted supplier in the chilled food sector and have established collaborative relationships with their clients.

About the Role:

You will lead a small team to manage the largest account within the business. You will utilise your experience to drive commercial results and ensure the long term success and growth of this account. You will be familiar with working with category data, NPD, technical and planning/ops teams. Driving the relationship with the account forward and being their first port of call for any queries on the wider category will be within your remit.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal person will have a proven track record of delivering tangible commercial results through their effective management of a major food retailer. You will have experience in the fresh/chilled food or food-to-go sector. Line management experience and working closely with internal teams/functions would be considered an asset.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must, as a minimum, have a proven track record in commercial roles managing food retailers in a fresh / chilled food category. You will be a driven, self starter who can work independently and autonomously. You will have a great work ethic and be a strong team player. A sense of humour helps too.

Salary:

DOE our client is looking for someone in the £50K -£70K bracket.
