My client, a fantastic Premium Branded Retailer, are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. I am keen to speak to candidates with experience in a Senior ecommerce role, experience managing the full online and offline mix and strategy as well as a background in driving/ growing brand awareness.

The client are a Premium Branded Retailer based in Newcastle upon Tyne.


The key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Driving growth in awareness of the existing brand
  • Managing all aspects of Digital and drive campaigns - Email, social media, PPC
  • Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce on all activity
  • Work closely with in-house Graphic Designers to ensure all art work is implemented within budget and time
  • Plan and schedule press advertising/ activity
  • Work with the local press to build the company brand
  • Manage relationship with third party partners to ensure commercial objectives are met
  • Continuously present new ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Plan and coordinate in store events
  • Create and manage relationships with outside brands and suppliers to drive online and offline activity


The successful Marketing Manager will have the following demonstrable skills:
  • Strong experience in a mixed online and offline role
  • Demonstrable experience in building full digital strategy
  • Strong experience in an ecommerce environment
  • The ability to strategies and implement multi digital channels to maximise ROI - email, social media, PPC
  • Experience creating successful online and offline strategies
  • Excellent inter-personally, able to work within a close, dynamic team
  • Experience planning in-store events
  • Confident, able to work with company Directors
  • Self motivated, passionate, able to work as part of a close team
  • The ability to work with third party providers to drive ROI and commercial objectives
  • Impeccable communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Able to deliver strategy within time line and set budget

Job Offer

£30 - £40k salary DOE
