Commercial Foodservice Director

The Leathams brothers started the business back in 1980 and we are now a leading Foodservice supplier. We supply a vast range of innovative specialist food ingredients and menu solutions throughout the UK & Eire.  The Foodservice division supplies customers across all channels from Contract Catering, Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes to Wholesale and Cash & Carry.

We are now looking for a Senior, Knowledgeable, Energetic and Inspirational Commercial Foodservice Director to accelerate sales growth in key channels by identifying new opportunities, driving our in-house brands and managing an ambitious team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure in the UK Foodservice sector. You will be a driven individual, focussed on new business with an innovative mindset coupled with fantastic leadership and good foodie credentials.  You will also be a creative strategist with the ability to expand the commercial and marketing activities of our own brands to ensure sustainable profitable growth.
