Better Placed are retained to recruit a Head of Sales for an organisation who have experienced significant growth over the past couple of years, and have no plans to slow down.

Due to their ambitious growth plans, an experienced Head of Sales is needed to not only define their ever evolving strategy but also to manage a high performing sales team across multiple channels.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this rare position will allow you to develop an overarching and succinct channel strategy to drive the business into their next phase of growth.

To be Successful

To be considered for this role, you will have to demonstrate a track record of high performance within FMCG or Consumer Durables and have the ambition to drive this exciting business forward. You will have a good understanding of all channels, including retail national accounts and pure play. Some exposure to distributors would be useful but not essential.
