The Role: Covering the Scotland region, the new Area Sales Manager will be calling on independent retailers in the main, with a small amount of your time spent with more corporate retail accounts. You will be speaking to business managers, owners and sales people, working in a mainly account management capacity and visiting each account every 6 weeks.

The Company: With a £multi-million sales turnover, this well reputed carpet company is now looking to recruit a new Area Sales Manager as they expand their team. They have a strong sales support function and highly experienced management team in place.

For this ASM position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales skills - either in B2B external sales, FMCG sales, or you could be working in a retail store currently and be looking for your first step into external sales
  • What you have sold is less important than your personality
  • Down to earth and hardworking candidates are sought
