THE ROLE: As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing existing and new accounts selling BMS Performance Sales Recruitment and Training Solutions. You will be dealing with clients ranging in size from exciting start up's to established Blue Chip businesses. You will be networking at all levels from board level sales leaders to internal recruitment process owners.

THE PERSON: To become a Recruitment Consultant you do not need prior recruitment or sales experience. Attitude is key; if you are hungry for progression, possess a competitive spirit and are willing to learn then we are keen to meet you!
